i've been having dreams where i'm having sex with guys who aren't my boyfriend. all the guys in these dreams are close friends who i'm not attracted to in real life.
i love my boyfriend very much, we have good sex (so it's not like im unsatisfied or anything...) and i wouldn't ever cheat on him. we've been together for over 7 months now.
so why am i dreaming about other people?? i'm so confused..
help anyone? thanks x

I don't think you should worry about it too much.

Dreams don't really make sense anyway. It's just your subconscious putting together pieces of information and working away while you're sleeping.

It doesn't necessarily mean anything at all. Especially when you're happy with your boyfriend, and would never cheat on him.

It's probably just a phase, and hopefully they'll stop on their own. Soon, I hope.

It's normal! Don't beat yourself up, you aren't acting out any of these things. The subconcious mind is a bizarre place, don't confuse reality with dreams and you'll be fine.

Yeah, don't worry about it, it's not real.

Don't mention it to the guys you dream of though, or they may think they're in with a chance!

Hehe...glad to know I'm not the only one. I have dreams of ****ing random people sometimes. I even have really disturbing ones where I'm ****ing someone I wouldn't want to **** in real life :/

I wouldn't take them too seriously though. Dreams are often just random mish-mashes of thoughts you've had through your life, jigsawed together in a way that really doesn't fit.

ive had sex dreams about my friends before. even my girl friends. and im not gay. i wouldnt worry about it.

yeah, i guess... it freaks me out though because i've never thought about them like that in real life but in the dreams i'm like really turned on...

yeah i've had dreams like that. even if you don't like them in real life your mind can do weird things when you're asleep. it's normal for you to be turned on in your dream, even though the person may be someone you never would like your mind is still thinking of sex... dreams like said are just a bunch of random things put together so it really doesn't have anything to do with how you really think/feel. I know it can be a bit weird and freak you out since dreams feel so real.

Don't worry about it too much, hun. It's all normal. :P
