Scared?
 

I can hear my parents talking in the living room (the door is shut) but along with that I can hear a sort of 'whooshing', 'whispering' sound. I know it's not them. :/ I'm scared.

Is a window open in the room they're in? Air might be rushing in through the window and then coming out through the cracks in the door and maybe that's what you're hearing.
I wouldn't start worrying yourself in case you think you're hearing things

Hey, sweetie. I am sorry you have been feeling scared.

You say your parents are in the living room. Are they watching TV in there, as it could be that. Or, as said above, it could be sounds from outside the house - such as cars going past.

If you are really concerned about it, why not go into the room, so that you can see for yourself what is or isn't there? There is nothing wrong with checking, and all houses have noises from time to time, so it could even just be the pipes or heating.
