really.REALLY depends on the mood. but the two films i probably watch the most when i'm down would be MAY (if you haven't seen this, highly recommended, albeit a bit melancholy)...and oddly enough, back to the future. i think it mentally takes me back to my youth. innocent happy times, bike riding on summer days, going to the pool with my friends (scar free!), kicking ass at 8-bit nintendo, all that fun. also crispin glover is wonderful. oh! and also, shawshank redemption, lost in translation, donnie darko, amelie, and i can't leave serenity out.
