I feel like I'm faking it all
I don't really post on here all that much but i think i just need some support and i don't know where else to go. And you are all great people.
I've just been convincing myself I'm faking all my problems, and I'm really just fine. I don't need treatment, I should stop taking my medication. What do I do? I'm in two minds. Sometimes I feel i need the help, and other times i feel like others deserve it more than me and im being selfish and actually i'm perfectly well. wow im confused... |
surely if you were fine you wouldn't be convncing your self you didn't need help. What about talking things over with your doctor. What makes you think you don't need help

I agree with the above poster. I think you know something isn't right which is why you are reaching out for support which I think is great. I know it can be hard sometimes to admit that we are struggling but it's perfectly okay to ask for help. Personally I don't think you should stop taking your medication without speaking it through with your doctor first. Hang in there hun, you can get through this. Take care

I agree with all that has already been said. I think that you should talk to your doctor about this. It is quite normal I think to doubt whether you need help and the fact that you are convincing yourself that you are fine shows that, in truth, you realise that you are not. Is there any reason that you think you should be fine?
Take care xx |
it doesn't mean that you are faking it just because you aren't experiencing the symptoms constantly.
