hello,im new to this site,but im feeling not very good at all at the moment,made plans for monday, i suffer from bpd and depression and both are reallly getting to me at the moment.

There's a BPD thread on the mental health part, so maybe join them? x

It sounds like you are having a very difficult time. Is there anything that caused this spiral downwards? I hope you can continue to post, i know how isolating and painful it can be sometimes.
