How does it manifest in you?

Have you tried any breathing or relaxation techniques? I know they can be helpful. Often when we are anxious our breathing can be quick and shallow, so focusing on your breathing can really help. Try taking a deep breath in, then breathing out again. A simple technique but with a bit of practice you might find this really helpful. Also do you think you would find it helpful if you spoke to your school counsellor or maybe a teacher your close to so they can provide a bit of extra support for you? Another technique I find helpful is progressive muscle relaxation. Basically you do this by first tensing then relaxing each muscle in the body, starting from your head right down to your toes. I know these things seem a bit silly but with a bit of practice they generally help. Having said this it's not for everyone but it's worth a shot. Take care

Make a list of everything you have to do. It helps put things in perspective, especially with school work. Still feel stressed? Make a timetable. Make a few more plans.

Worrying about other people... Isn't so easy to stop, because you have to change your entire mindset. Tell yourself repeatedly that your irrational worries aren't real - before they get out of control. Weigh up the evidence for and against your worrying thoughts.

Depending on how bad it is, I'd recommend doing some CBT :)
