set back on recovery........
 

i think im going to have a set back in my recovery because my dad just yelled at me and he told me "no food for the day stupid!!" and all i thought was there gos my recovery right out of the door....... :\
help?.............

What did he say that for? that really insensative of him. Dont allow his words to set you back
