I had multiple seizures last night
 

I stopped taking my anticonvulsants on Friday and ended up having repeatative seizures last night that lasted for hours. Didn't go to the ER because I can't afford it. I became rational and took my meds last night and this morning. Is it possible that I did any sort of brain damage? I slept for 16 hours last night (I get really tired after one seizure let alone repeated ones) and today I'm exhausted as well. I'm nodding off as I write this. I really don't want to report them if I don't have to as I don't want to lose my drivers license for 6 months. But, is this something I should report? I'm just rather worried because I'm so tired. Is this exhaustion to be expected and will resolve with time? Any personal experience? I've never had multiple seizures like last night so I don't have any experience myself. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

I don't have a clue about the effects & things but you should definatly report it.
It's the only way a nerologist/doctor can help is if your honest with them.

Hun, i'm sorry this is happening, and although i have no experience with this sort of thing, it would probably be better if you reported something like this.
One seizure is probably terrifying enough, nevermind a load in a group, and this shows they are obviously getting worse.
Maybe there would be a way to no lose your drivers license? Or you could use public transport. It may be worth looking into for your own health at the moment?

You need to report the seizures. What if you were driving and had a seizure? You could cause some damage, not only to you, but to another driver.

Yes, you need to talk to your doctor about this. You also should have gone to the hospital. Even if you don't have insurance, almost every hospital has people you can talk to about billing and have your bill reduced and such.

Depending on the type of seizures you had, yes, it is possible that you may have some lasting effects. If you were having tonic-clonic seizures and stopped breathing during the seizures no one has any way of knowing how often or how long you were deprived of oxygen unless you are examined by a doc. It is also possible you hit your head falling down during a seizure.

The OP never said they didn't care what happens to them, I believe the OP is actually worried.

Also, you have to report this, if you have a seizure when you are driving you could crash your car and potentially kill someone or yourself.

Get yourself checked out PLEASE. and report it. I would rather know you lost ya driving license for 6 months than hear that you have crashed car and something fatel happen.
Someone recently in this area I live in didn't report his seizers and crashed his lorry killing people. I sound harsh and mean but it is so important you report it for everyones sake.

As for your health you need to checked out too and as others have said there are hospitals that can help with low cost stuff.

Seriously, you have to be responsible and report the seizures. I once had a seizure (because of an OD so a bit unrelated, but hey) and had I not have been forced to go to hospital, I would have been driving myself and other people around when I had the seizure. I dread to think what could have happened and couldn't live with myself if I hurt or killed someone, could you?

Sorry I don't want to sound harsh and I know the prospect of not being able to drive is crap, but there are alternatives. I also think that you should see a doctor to be on the safe side and sort out your medication.

It may be a bit of an inconvenience for you if you report it and lose your license for 6 months, but it would be a bit more of an inconvenience for someone else if you has another one whilst driving and, let's say, killed them.

Did you go to the hospital?
I think the best would be for you to report the seizures. They may have harmed you. And they take your license away, it might be inconvenient, but they are trying to protect yourselfe and other people from getting hurt.
Please don't stop taking your meds again.
