Counseling today/help
 

I had counseling today. I told her that I SI myself for the past 2 nights. She did give me her direct line if I need to get a hold of her during the day. Tonight I have the feeling of SIing and I can't get a hold of her until tomorrow morning. The thing is should I even bother calling her. I feel like I am bothering everyone with this problem.

Just think: she wouldn't have given you her direct line if she didn't want you to tell her about it. It's not 'bothering' - it's discussing it with a sympathetic human being.

Now, obviously you can't get a hold of them everytime. Try a hotline: Samaritans are wonderful, they helped me when I had very rough times going on.

And, in any case, you can drop me a line. I'm more than willing to listen and offer hugs and comfort.
