Faded memories ( AKA Who I became ) (11/17/09 )
Faded Memories
Touch of comfort a long faded dream Touch lost vapor gone lost from memory Love a near forgotten memory what I once knew faded into dark voids of nothing Happiness a foreign memory a foreign taste a lost tree to whom I once held before it slipped away Anger is like heroine coursing through me feeding I the hate the fear laced upon my lips spewing is spit upon those in my wayto fight through my wall of safety My scars imprinted upon my canvas of flesh, is my story my anger my hurting my memories A non stop memory of who I became A faded decayed photograph locked inside clawed at reminded of who I became. a faded person fading into shadows I silence my yearing to be held , to be held and told " Its okay " Inside I'm screaming ripping apart my mind Shredding my heart into bits of nothing but faded stories. by bex |
now THIS one is good. your poem stumbles along in an awkward yet interesting way. The flow is very erradic and quirky. What i mean is i really liked this, thanks for sharing.
