shocked, sickened and disgusted
 

I just found out yesterday that a friend of mine that I trusted and thought was a good person is actually a dirty pedophile. He left his laptop at his ex-partner's house and she found that he'd downloaded a heap of child pornography. I'm so disgusted and it makes me feel sick in the stomach. You never think of these things happening that involve people you know. I'm so angry right not and I feel like such an idiot for trusting this person. I am so bloody furious, I totally believe his ex and there is evidence there that the cops have anyway. It just feels so unreal :mad: I mean how do you adjust to being told that someone close to you is not who you think they are?

If abusive people came nicely labelled it would be a lot easier... unfortunately it's because they're good at covering up and seeming trustworthy that they're able to abuse people. Don't blame yourself for not spotting it.
