I'm happy to say
 

I'm really happy to say that I haven't heard voices in a while, especially this time:

I was in the shower and I was shaving my arms (yes I shave my arms...I don't like body hair) and the razor slipped and I accidently cut my arm. It was a pretty long cut, but not too deep. Although it felt really good and I had the urge, it went away pretty quickly. Normally when I would accidently hurt myself; I would hear voices and just have an emotional breakdown. But this time it didn't happen :hop: I finally feel like I'm making progress with this. :-D
