clonazepam for sleep
 

I was just wondering if anyone had taken this before to help them sleep? Did it help? How did you feel the next day. I was using diazepam and zopiclone mixed together before but it didn't really work. I'll be taking it along side 20mg of olanzapine. Any feed back will be helpful. I'm just a bit confused as the dr said I will take it in the morning aswell.

I use it for anxiety, used to be 2 times a day. Maybe the doctor is also using it for that? Anyway my bf uses it for sleep and it really helps him. His zoloft keeps him up otherwise but the clonozepam puts him right to sleep. So hopefully it'll help you.

My flatmate takes 6mg alongside 800mg Quitiapine, 300mg Venaflaxine, 2mg Lorazepam and upto 7.5mg Zopiclone a day. The clonazepam and zopiclone and 1g of lorazepam are taken at night. She finds the clonazepam was very helpful with helping her sleep for a few months but now doesn't really seem to do that much.

I've had it for anxiety, but not for insomnia. Although admittedly after taking more than I should have one night I had an excellent nights sleep, knocked me for six for about 12 hours.
