alone and lost here
 

I feel so alone here on RYL again.
I feel that it's all passing me by, and I can't find an entry point.
I've had to slow right down physically this week, and maybe that's why.
But.
I want to cry. I have tears in my eyes.
I don't know how to find my way back in.

You're definitely not alone Katie, but I understand the feeling. Before, what made you feel less alone here? What needs to change? Cry if you need to, that's alright. Maybe it will help you to release things and make more sense of what is happening. I'm here for you all the way. Take care.

I got into a very isolated place while I was struggling with the dizziness this past week. I'm recovering, and feeling more connected now, too.

It's good though that I see the depths of isolation, and recognise clearly now how I really don't want that Place.
