I cant stop crying the voices are very loud at the moment I wish I could have some haloperidol to quieten them down but they wont let me have any
I have applied for my driving licence back so I am hoping to be driving again because I hate getting the bus everywhere because they all stare at me on the bus and in the shops when I go to the shops I want them to stop looking at me whispering about me all the time

I dont know why they wont let me have any haloperidol....I think they want me to be on the depixol injections instead but I want the haloperidol as well as the depixol injections, I was on haloperidol when I was on risperidone injections and I dont know what the different is to be honest
I just want the voices to stop at least when I am trying to sleep because they keep me awake

Can you listen to music through headphones to drown them out?

I have tried listening to my music through my headphones really loud but the voices just get louder and they are telling me to do bad things too
I really cant stand it anymore to be honest its making me feel I want to do something
but god and hannah are my friends and they dont want to leave me

We're your friends too honey and we want you to get through this.
Has there been anything in the past that has helped quieten down the voices? Have you tried writing down what their sayin or assigning a tim to let them talk and answer them back. Don't let them overpower you, show them who is in charge (easier said then done I know!)

I'm sorry the voices are so bad. Remember you are in charge and you have the control. They just want you to think they can tell you what to do. Hang in there. Feel free to pm me anytime.
