i took a double dose of sleeping pills with all the alcohol i just dfrank becos i thought it wud stop me going to the sjhop for more liquor and razor blades!! fukk... was tghis rele stupid!? can sleeping pills and alcohol hurt me much? i feel really clumsy snd slleepy. . ts hard tio type anything...'.

you need to get checked out. depending on the type of pills combined with the alcohol they can cause serious and dangerous effects.
call nhs direct (0845 46 47) or your out of hours doctor now.
or get some one to take you to A&E to get checked out.
dont drive yourself.
