perhaps ring the hospital and explain how you are feeling?
were they aware of these thoughts before they discharged you?

hang in there hun and try to be strong
this will pass, stay distracted and remind yourself why you dont/shouldnt slef harm

Gold star for being so good since 2nd July
The aftercare team should still be there to help you. Maybe you can talk to them and mention your fears.
It's good that you are excercising.....creating alot of 'feel good' hormones in your body that will take your mind off other things.
I think you are doing well and will go from strength to strength,

According to my doctor (I also take Lithium) there is a certain ideal level you should have in your blood for it to be effective. The lithium should be alleviating your suicide thoughts. Can you talk to a doctor about this? Maybe like you said you need a change in dose, or maybe something different - that is up to you and your doctor to decide.

Having something close that you might use to harm yourself can be making the urges more strong. I'd suggest trying to distance yourself from that object/s. Try to think of what has helped you in the past fight the urges and keep doing that. I think the urges are worst when alone, but I can only speak for myself, but if that is true for you too, staying around people might help you fight the urges.

Please don't use the razor, you've lasted this long and done really well in doing so. Speak to your doctor about your Lithium levels, he might want to do a blood test to check you are still in the therapeutic range, mention the exercise too and make sure you are drinking plenty of water as it's important with Lithium especially when you're exercising.
Is there anything in particular that is making you feel suicidal?
An anti depressant may help if it isn't environmental or situational.
