Assertive Me is out right now, and that scares me. She has a lot of Voice and strong opinions on things. I should be feeling happy or relieved that someone is taken up presence in my psyche again. But....What if I get hurt? Shouted down?

But I wasn't. I didn't. That brings more life and energy into me. Its ok to exist. Its ok to be alive, to speak. Really it is....
