wine for breakfast
 

Today i wake up after a horrible day, im feeling like a total piece of ****.
I went to the kitchen and what i see is a botle of wine, waiting for me.
now im drinking like and ass and cutting so much, i know i need help, but, no one really wants to help me. im so alone in a dark tunel.
i wish i could die right now

Heya, just wanted you to know that I read this and can relate to where you are at the moment, but please don't give up. People do want to help you and you are not alone, you need to reach out and find the help you need and take care of yourself and your needs. Sorry if this is a useless reply but please have courage and try to keep going, no matter how hard it seems

Sounds like your having a really hard morning. Is there something that has triggered it? good on you for going online and reaching out, I know how hard that is especially if your feeling unworthy.
