first time sex.. =/
 

okay i had sex for the first time and we were safe and that but ive skipped my period and im kinda freaking out now, but my bf keeps saying that your first time can mess up your cycle. i cant find anywhere that says it can mess up your cycle? please does anyoen know if it meses up your cycle?? i cant be pregnant but i dont know and im realy scared =[

Sex doesnt alter your periods, your boyfriend is talking crap.

You can be late for lots of reasons, have you been stressed lately or not eating properly? As long as your condom (i'm assuming that's what you used when you say you we're 'safe') didnt split then i highly doubt that your pregnant.

The first time i had sex, my period came 2 days later. Which meant my cycle was 18 days =\ But i was 13 so yeh.

i'm nearly a week late, we used condoms n that but im still not sure

First time I had sex I was a week and half late. In my opinion it wasn't because of the sex but because I was stressing over wether I was pregnant or not until my period came. Just relax and if you've still not come on in 2 weeks go to the doctors, before then your too early to have a pregnancy test really as you can get false negatives etc.

Sex won't interfere with your cycle. It is possible that you could be pregnant, so do a test. You might just be late because you are worried.

it depends if your cycle is irregular anyway
its probably best to take a test anyway just to set your mind at ease
