dumb mental health worker
 

I just slip up, im started cutting again after not doing it for 3 weeks, I rang my menal health nurse cos I need someone to talk to, im so feel like oding, I left a message and she did'nt even return my message. shes away for 2 weeks now :( shows that she dont even care, all she cares about is her break time and next fag break.

There's a chance she might not have gotten the message.

She may not have got the message, or something came up and she hasn't had a chance to check her messages. I'm sure she would help you if she had of got the message.

Is there anyone else you can call. x
