Good news i guess.

I've been discharged from my councillers.
Not sure if im ready yet.
Apparently theres nowt up with me.
Think its cause he's retiring and he cba with me lol.
So yeah,

Do you feel that you've made any progress through counselling? Remember that you can be referred to someone else if you think you still need some support. Good luck with everything. Take care.

As one step closer has said, if you still need support then you can be referred to someone else. But if this is the best thing for you then well done.
