RYL Forums - passed out?

So I never got to go to the dr this morning like I thought. The clinic called me and said she couldn't make it in today so they canceled my apt. They wouldn't even let me see someone else. But I was feeling a bit better after the accidental OD by that point, so said screw it and went back to sleep. Slept well into the afternoon, barely woke up in time to get to my appointment with this counselor lady at school who deals with people in abusive situations or who have gone thru abuse... and I was talking to her, and then she had to make a phone call and have this other lady come over and do a psych eval that I had to bs my way thru, took me 3 damn hours for what was supposed to be a half hour meeting... and I felt so horrible afterwards too. And then, they still made me go up to the health center on campus cuz I was looking real pale I guess. That dr gave me antibiotics, but they make me sick if I don't eat with them (and I'm not gonna eat- so I guess I'll just be throwing them up)

Anyway, I was forced to drink a bit of orange juice before leaving the health center, I did that and they let me go, then I went out to talk to the dentist and do a few things, and when I got back I cuddled with my kitten for a bit... then I went to stand up, I got up slowly not fast or anything and I felt fine at first and had no warning symptoms, then all of a sudden when I was walking through my living room, I passed out. Luckily I somehow avoided hitting my head on the sharp edge of our coffee table....

I don't know why I could have passed out. Contemplated going to the urgent care, but they aren't open very late, and I don't know if it's safe for me to drive tonight. Don't wanna have anyone else take me and drop me off, cuz then I won't be back in time to see my therapist tomorrow- plus I need to take care of the kitten, my roommate is gone for a couple days.

It's just weird that I passed out with no warning. I've passed out before cuz I have low blood pressure and a couple heart conditions that commonly cause people to pass out, my cardiologist said he's proud and impressed with how I've learned to cope with it and manage it, because with these heart conditions I get really clear warning symptoms before I pass out- I'll feel sick like I'm gonna throw up, and all hot, and get this ringing in my ears, then my vision will fade.... there's a specific order everything happens in, and I know that if I just lay down and curl up in a ball and don't move for a couple minutes, then take it real slow when I get back up, I'm fine.... but this passing out was different... I felt completely fine, then the next thing I know it looked like it was getting darker really quickly, then I wake up laying on the floor trying to figure out what had just happened and why my muscles hurted.
