I haven't been swimming today due to my body being a troll. I am annoyed because I haven't got very long left before the kids break up. My nurse is coming to do my esa and pip form later.

I'm getting my benefits backpay that I was due on Monday so very happy about that! Had a nice lunch out with support worker also-lasagne for the win. Still wish it would cool the hell down though!

Yes it would have been my friend Kat's birthday today. She died 5 years ago and was only young. I am sad because she should be with us.
