Morning all. I have had to divert a parcel which was coming today and put it back until tomorrow. It is an expensive and high demand product so will probably get nicked if it is left on my doorstep. Unfortunately I have an appointment with my cpn today at the cmht plus the hearing voices group today so I can't stay in and wait for said parcel.

That's a shame insig. I'm intrigued as to what it is!

My brother's new phone got sent to me for some reason and he asked me to post it to him because he's going on holiday on Saturday. He thought there was a 9am delivery thing but the quickest way to get it there would be before 1pm on Saturday. So he won't get it on time for his holiday. I just hope his flatmate can take it in in case it gets sent to a delivery office or something and it gets lost.

I am ok. I asked a member of staff what the outcome of my ward rounds was and she said she would talk to the psych and get back to me. So I'm waiting too :)

Usually they are very good! They must be really busy.

I hope you are all doing better than I am. I see my therapist today, but because I'm not 100% honest, I just go in circles. If I were to tell him I'm suicidal and hopeless, I'd be hospitalized again.



I don't know, this time of the year is rough and I can't think clear anymore. Luckily I don't have to attend celebrations because that was torture and I don't eat others food and I get the million questions:


"Why are you not eating" ... "You are too skinny" ... "Are you anorexic"


I don't call them fatazz, but I'm not doing well and I don't expect you folks to help me, but knowing I'm not alone does help.

Yeah i just kind of aimlessly walked around asda talking to the GP for a bit XD
It was fine. I wasn't talking about anything super personal! Just couldn't deal with staying in the house!

My pharmacy just called and said my prescription is ready. The doctors only sent it over a few hours ago!
So about to head out to pick it up
Also need to put washing away and shower. And change bedsheets which i have just decided I'll do lol
