Nah, not really. I was supposed to have Ear acupuncture today but i cancelled it due to a very sore back :-(
Right now i am sitting with a heating blanket on my back. Painkillers have decided to not work their magic on this pain, which is typical!! The only thing i can say about this is; don't grow old!!!! It's a trap!!!!

Been to post office, picked up meds, put meds in dosset box, did washing, put away washing, sorted out mattress and chairs for removal people, taken out bin and recycling. Think that's it! Just got to wait for the removal people to come later. They said 'late pm' so I'm not really sure when that is!
My legs are a bit stiff but walking has helped and they don't hurt much now! Just need to build up my stamina again!

You've been doing so much! It's good to get things done. Are you having a rest before the removal people come?

That's good. Cutting the grass is one of my least favourite jobs! Luckily my neighbour does it for me! I've never asked her to, she just does it.

I am trying out my new amazon purchase today (a kitchen gadget). I received it yesterday and it was very heavy to carry. Plus I had another parcel so I was carrying 17 kgs in the end. It says that it shouldn't be operated by persons of reduced mental capabilities. I wonder if that means mentally ill people o.0

Having a morning crisis. I have an appointment at the psych hospital with my psychologist. There's a million good reasons to actually go there and have the appointment. But right now i want to go to bed. Take a nap. Pretend the world doesn't exist. I'm not even sure i want to be in the world right now…. I sure as hell don't want to sit in an obnoxious pink waiting area and try to look like i'm keeping it together. Yes, our psych hospital has been painted entirely pink in all the areas that are for people who are not admitted but just recieving day treatment. If you listen very closely you can hear me doing a facepalm over this. Pink is evil!!!

How are you Beckie? When did the removal people come in the end?

My support worker phoned me just before 9am and I got up and sorted Crookshank's breakfast etc and had a shower. Hopefully I'll be able to get up at 9am every day she phones and the weekends. I hope to get into a routine and not need a phone call any more. I was awake though, it will be harder if I'm a bit sleepy.

Removal people didn't come.
I messaged at around 9:30pm and he said he thought his admin person had messaged me changing the date to today because he'd been unwell. Slightly annoying but an easy miscommunication thing! So it's fine.
