Yeah. Most of them do fall asleep tbh!
And it is very warm in here which doesn't help! And they're just sitting down all day.

Most of my 1:1 people have managed to stay awake. I can only think of one who drifted off at points.

What are you getting up to?

I'm sleeping later than I want to again. Frustrated and hate myself. Done most of the things on my to do list though.

I've been watching stuff on the ipad and chatting to my roommate!
The time has passed quite quickly tbh!
I wasn't feeling good earlier but had lorazepam so I'm calmer now.

That's annoying lindsay. Do you just switch off your alarm when it goes off? You shouldn't hate yourself though. A lot of people find it hard to get up.

Yeah, I have a sunrise alarm so when the light is on I know the alarm will go off soon so either I'm in the mood to unplug it and get up or unplug it and go back to bed.

I may be a step out of line but what use is a 1:1 if they keep falling asleep….???? I could personally get into lots of shenanigans if someone who was watching me fell asleep. Like, drawing funny eyebrows on the 1:1. Maybe tying their shoelaces together…..

I'm still stressed about oweing money. It's not just my ESA that's affected it's my rent and council tax and I'm not clued up enough to get them sorted if people haven't done it already. I did get a McDonalds today though, a double cheeseburger, I don't feel like it was really worth it.
