Stupid depot appointment

What time is the appointment? The bad gusts are coming in by midday, I think. But the afternoon is less rainy!

I'm back home now after a rather unpleasant walk.
It was raining but the kind of misty rain that an umbrella would be useless against and an umbrella would probably be turned inside out in this wind!
I started off adjusting my hair and wiping my glasses clear of rain but I gave up doing that after a while!
