tamobhuuta 04-05-2019 04:10 PM

You doing ok?

one_step_closer 04-05-2019 04:16 PM

*high five for all*

I went to the shops earlier and have cleaned my kitchen and bathroom but now I'm tired and lacking in focus.

tamobhuuta 04-05-2019 04:34 PM

Well done for all that, I think you can get away with a rest now.

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:02 PM

Agree with ypu on that one tamo.

I've just woken up from a nap/ rest in bed.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 06:04 PM

Hey guys
I never made it to mums and spent the day in a&e instead
I am soooo upset about it
I'm fine now though and on the train back

Sorry I don't have the attention span to go through posts but I hope you are all ok!

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:06 PM

Oh no beckie! I hope you're ok?

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 06:09 PM

Yeah I'm fine
Just my heart being a troll
Awkwardly sobbed in front of many strangers
All fine though!

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:10 PM

That's super sucky :-( glad you're ok now thpugh.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 06:12 PM

Thanks

How are you?

nonperson 04-05-2019 06:12 PM

Oh Beckie that's awful. =/ I'm sure they didn't mind you sobbing and were just worried.

My gardening has been temporarily rained off... but I dunno if I'll go back outside because I found a bird's nest with eggs in it while chopping back brambles and now I'm bummed out that the parents might not go back to it. =(

one_step_closer 04-05-2019 06:14 PM

I don't know what to do when I'm tired and lacking in focus. I need to keep my mind active.

Oh no Beckie *hugs* I'm glad you're ok now. I hope you have a nice peaceful evening.

Did you have a good nap Lillie?

Do you have to do stuff near the nest NP?

nonperson 04-05-2019 06:19 PM

Kind of. I was hoping to get rid of all the brambles, elder and chestnut which have taken over a corner... but the nest is in the middle of it all. =(

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 06:25 PM

Thanks guys <3

Hope the birdies come back for their eggs!
When is hatching season anyway?

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:26 PM

Must be hatching soon ish?

nonperson 04-05-2019 06:27 PM

Must be soon!

I also got stinging nettled in the backside... *sarcastic thumbs up*

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:28 PM

Oh dear. Did make me laugh though np

nonperson 04-05-2019 06:29 PM

Well I suppose it was worth it to make someone laugh. =)

nonperson 04-05-2019 06:34 PM

Oh it's come over all sunny again... I should probably go back out. =(

zombiehunter 04-05-2019 06:43 PM

just try not to get stung in the bum again NP :-p

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:50 PM

What zombie said :-P

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:51 PM

Just completed the not so fun job of worming the cat. He seems to have forgiven me though.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 06:57 PM

You need a doc leaf to get rid of the sting!

Fun times Lillie!

chinahorse 04-05-2019 06:59 PM

I'm bored but cba to do anything.

tamobhuuta 04-05-2019 07:18 PM

Church this evening was helpful. Sad to hear about nettle stings and poorly hearts.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 07:26 PM

Know the feeling Lillie!

Glad church was helpful tamo :)

chinahorse 04-05-2019 07:40 PM

That's good tamo.

I've decided to cook dinner.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 07:47 PM

Good plan!
What are you cooking?

chinahorse 04-05-2019 07:49 PM

Linda mcartney sausages and animal potato shapes and frozen veggies.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 07:55 PM

Nice!
Loving the animal potato shapes

nonperson 04-05-2019 08:02 PM

Oooo animal potato shapes. I suppose that still counts as vegetarian. =P

I stayed away from nettles.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 08:03 PM

Haha!

Yay well done!

nonperson 04-05-2019 08:05 PM

Took down a small tree and started edging a new flower bed.

Lillie, you've reminded me I need to worm Geordi too. =/ My technique involves sitting on him so he can't squirm away.

chinahorse 04-05-2019 08:09 PM

Lol.

Youve been very busy np!

My wormING technique involves swaddling him in a towel and performing a jaw thrust and syringing it down his throat.

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 08:12 PM

I've never tried to worm a cat before
I have wormed horses
Cant imagine it would be vastly different!

nonperson 04-05-2019 08:22 PM

The only difference being that cats have claws and very sharp teeth and the strength to overthrow many humans if the situation requires it (eg. worming).

nonperson 04-05-2019 08:22 PM

And they also know when you've hidden it in food.

tamobhuuta 04-05-2019 08:26 PM

I need animal potato shapes in my life

Cacoethes 04-05-2019 08:29 PM

That does sound tricky np!
A horse bite does hurt like hell though
Luckily all I got was evils from my horse

nonperson 04-05-2019 08:31 PM

Luckily Geordi is quite docile so it's not too difficult. Still always a surprise for both of us when it goes in first time though!

Ooh yes I know horse bites can be bad. They've got a lot of big ol' teeth.

chinahorse 04-05-2019 09:00 PM

A horse bit my boob once.

They sell them in tesco tamo.

nonperson 04-05-2019 09:08 PM

Now that is funnier than me getting nettled on the bum!

chinahorse 04-05-2019 09:24 PM

I was 13. It was traumatising.

nonperson 04-05-2019 09:26 PM

I'm sorry. I can only imagine.

chinahorse 04-05-2019 09:28 PM

Hilarious thpugh.

nonperson 04-05-2019 09:29 PM

I don't feel so guilty for sniggering now you've said that. =)

chinahorse 05-05-2019 08:03 AM

Morning guys :-) I've already been awake for 2 hours and it's only just 8am.

chinahorse 05-05-2019 09:13 AM

Wake up threadlings! !!

Eska 05-05-2019 09:29 AM

Hi Lillie!

chinahorse 05-05-2019 09:30 AM

Mooorrrning

chinahorse 05-05-2019 09:36 AM
