I phoned my Mum and that was helpful. She talked me through making jacket potato and tuna mayo for dinner. I also made a cup of tea and had a short bath. Now I'm in bed. Mum thinks the tears are tears of relief because things are improving. I think she might be right. Bed is so nice with clean sheets. Mum said she'd come and collect my laundry tomorrow and my sick note to take into work. She's so good.

Sounds like you have a fantastic mum. I'm glad you've had something to eat and I hope you enjoyed your bath. Hopefully with that and the fresh bed sheets you will be able to relax.

I used a bath bomb and this weird soap that looks like play dough. It smells so good.

Sounds great! I like the sound of the soap. We don't have a Lush here. Will have to make a trip to the city or shop online!

I've just been watching my dog trying to catch her own tail and sorting out hair n makeup until a support worker comes to help me with a few bits and bats getting dressing and stuff. Also watching the news...prayers with Mexico and so on.

I'm getting my hair cut later. It's a mess. I usually go to a really cheap place in town, but can't face town at the moment so I'm going to a salon 5 minutes up the road. They sounded friendly on the phone.

Enjoy getting your hair cut. I badly need a haircut but I'm just too lazy.
