Is it Sky you have or something Dawn? I got an indoor aerial and it's much better than my outdoor one was but you can't do that with a dish right?

I hurt my wrist and elbow so decided to get cat litter after seeing my CPN so I could take it home on the bus to try and not carry it so much and further hurt my arm but when I got off the bus I ended up picking it up weird and pulling a muscle or something in my back. I am in huge agony! Bending down to sort out cat stuff is hard and then I end up needing to pick the cats up and that is worse. *cries*

I'm not too bored - there are still people turning up and phones to answer and stuff. I might end up reading a book on my phone or something. Luckily no one seems to care if I have it out as long as I'm on top of everything.
