It is. Plastic free and all that.

My family are slowly going plastic free.
My mum has a friend that makes all organic soaps and moisturisers and shampoo bars etc.

That's really cool. There seem to be so many options out there now.

I'm trying to make changes where I can.

I am very bad, the only eco thing thing i do is recycling.

I do a lot of recycling but haven't quite moved on to plastic free soaps and stuff

I do recycling but I don't think that they do shampoo bars suitable for dandruff. At least I havent seen any. Also I have allergies so hate to buy something only to find out I am allergic to it.

Yeah you have to be careful with allergies

I'm hoping to go out for some fresh air soon.

There are loads of shampoo bars for dandruff prone hair and most of them list all the ingredients so you'd be able to see if you're allergic, plus they're less chemically so actually less likely to cause reactions.

The one I use has broccoli in it. >.>

It's one I bought years ago. Nurses Day is on May 12th but I am seeing my cpn on the 11th. I have a load of other blank cards in my card box so if it doesn't arrive in time I will have a card to give her.

My cpn is a decent cpn. I like to give my cpn a card on suitable occasions if they're good. I had an bitch of an cpn so she got nothing from me. I am glad I no longer have her.

People like to be shown or told when they are appreciated.

Yes my ex cpn (different one to the bitch) used to tell me that I was the only one who remembered Nurses Day out of all her patients. I missed mh nurses day with my current cpn as she was self isolating at the time and I didn't have an regular cpn at the time.
