Scotland played well, scored what?3 tries , France were just unplayable.

For the first time in months, I am crying. Properly crying, not just a few tiny tears that don't really count. Fast spilling tears that I can't stop and in a way, it's a relief to finally finally cry. I've been physically unable to for so long. I miss her. I miss her so much, I just want her back and it hurts. Gosh, I've been alright for the last 6 months, barely cried and now months later, it hurts. Finally, I am feeling this. Life, my emotions take their time.

I'm a bit low Mark. - and a bit stressed.

I spent time at my housemate's parents place today helping with the clean up from the cyclone.
I managed to get a massive headache from a combination of the sun and my lithium and then took a tablet of ibuprofen in a liquid cap form that knocked me around quite badly. I felt really sick to begin with and then crashed out and slept for a bit. I felt like I couldn't move!

Thankfully it didn't last too long and I'm okay now. I really did not feel all that well though.

Hmm I'm sorry you feel a bit crap Kahlia *Hugs* I'm on Lithium and am under the understanding that you shoulden't take Ibuprofen with it:S. Maybe thats why it knocked you out for a bit .
It was good of you to help out after the cyclone :)

I haven't had a problem with ibuprofen and lithium Mark and I've been taking the two together for years.

Well thats okay then Kahlia :) I was just telling you what I've gathered information wise . I guess it differs from person to person .
