Shy_Bambi 24-11-2017 09:43 PM

Why thank you m’lady :p

Tbf by fellow northerners I have been told I don’t have strong accent- up to Beckie the SOutherner to decide :p

Cacoethes 24-11-2017 10:05 PM

Down here the rule of public transport is that you avoid eye contact AT ALL COSTS!
Although tbh, in the more rural areas, you sometimes exchange a few words with the elderly when they comment on how late the bus is and you nod and smile in agreement.

Shy_Bambi 24-11-2017 10:05 PM

I'm from the south east London, not sure what my accent sounds like but the northern accent sounds nice to me anywayz lol
Ah after talking about hot chocolate earlier I've been craving chocolate since! Driving me mad!

Sketchy 24-11-2017 10:05 PM

In Glasgow everyone talks to people at bus stops. Talking to strangers is a very normal thing for us. We’ll talk to anybody.

Also never sit next to a stranger unless you have no choice!
And no talking!

Sketchy 24-11-2017 10:06 PM

Chocolate does sound good right now.

Cacoethes 24-11-2017 10:12 PM

True rebecca!
We are pretty anti social in the south!

Mmm chocolate!
May get myself a little chocolate bar tomorrow
Like a freddo or something

Sketchy 24-11-2017 10:13 PM

I love fredo bars. When I worked in a pub I was known for my fredo bars because I was always buying them for staff.

Cacoethes 24-11-2017 10:16 PM

Freddo bars are great!

Im off to bed now guys.
Night night all and sleep well!

Sketchy 24-11-2017 10:17 PM

I want a freddo bar now.

Good night Beckie. Sleep well.

Shy_Bambi 24-11-2017 10:22 PM

Freddo bars are awesome. There was uproar though because the price has gone up so much.

Goodnighty Beckie!

Buttons. 25-11-2017 04:47 AM

I never did like Freddos. Much more a highland toffee person when the small bars of that were ten p

chinahorse 25-11-2017 10:17 AM

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 11:35 AM

chinahorse 25-11-2017 01:09 PM

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 01:24 PM

I loved highland toffee. Haven’t seen those in years!

Good afternoon all.

I’m having a cup of coffee to waken me up so that I venture outdoors again.

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 02:16 PM

It was very busy!
Back home now!

Thats good you're planning to get out again Lorraine :)

Sketchy 25-11-2017 02:19 PM

Did you get anything nice from Asda?

I’m tempted to get a sweet or chocolate from the shop when I go out. Feel like a treat.

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 02:34 PM

Just the usual!
And some white hot chocolate :)

Thats a good idea Lorraine!

Sketchy 25-11-2017 02:39 PM

White hot chocolate sounds good!

I’m definitely going to treat myself as a reward for getting out again. I’m also going out tomorrow. Going to my Dad’s with my sister.

Do you have much planned this weekend?

Casualty tonight!

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 03:04 PM

Its always good to have a treat

I have nothing planned.
I should probably clean
How about you?

Yay casualty!

Sketchy 25-11-2017 03:08 PM

Just going to my Dad’s tomorrow. I’ll also go out for a wander today. Apart from that I’ve nothing planned. I’m going to have a quiet evening tonight. I should clean my flat too, but that can wait.

chinahorse 25-11-2017 03:16 PM

Well done for surviving asda beckie! How can you like white hot chocolate? It's so sweet!

Yay for getting out again lorraine :)

I have deep cleaned my bathroom. It's positively glowing it's so clean. I need to do the kitchen too but I'm sick of spending my precious few days off cleaning communal areas that no one else does.

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 03:26 PM

I have a very sweet tooth!!

Sounds like a pretty busy weekend Lorraine!

Well done Lillie!
Cleaning is a pain.
And bathrooms are my least favourite room to clean!

Maybe you could leave passive aggressive notes around the kitchen?

Cpt_Stunning 25-11-2017 03:40 PM

I'm quite lucky, we've got a cleaner that comes in the house, all we have to do is the dishes.

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 03:50 PM

You're lucky!
Wish I had a cleaner

chinahorse 25-11-2017 03:57 PM

Wish I did too beckie! When I'm rich I will lol.

And if the threat of eviction didn't work passive aggressive notes won't.

Eska 25-11-2017 04:02 PM

Afternoon everyone :) I have a day off and I am grateful, if yesterday is anything to go by it will be hard work in there today. Instead I am half-watching the rugby, going to watch the Wales match properly later and also the F1 qualifying. I’m having a sporty kind of day! And I went for a run this morning!

Sketchy 25-11-2017 04:03 PM

I’m now in the coffee shop again with a cup of tea. Got my notebook with me.

It’s quite busy in here.

Sketchy 25-11-2017 04:03 PM

Sounds like a good day Eska.

Cpt_Stunning 25-11-2017 04:13 PM

Are there many people in your house Chinahorse?

Aubergine 25-11-2017 04:13 PM

Hey! :)

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 04:15 PM

They sound hard to live with Lillie.

Hi eska
Sounds like a good day!

Glad you got out Lorraine :)

Hi Aubergine!
Nice to see you

Cpt_Stunning 25-11-2017 04:15 PM

hi, I'm going to eat all afternoon & evening,

Sketchy 25-11-2017 04:16 PM

Hey Aubergine! How are you? It’s been a while since we’ve seen you in this thread.

Sketchy 25-11-2017 04:16 PM

Are you hungry Chris? What are you going to eat?

Cpt_Stunning 25-11-2017 04:19 PM

yes I am, just had a bacon sandwich, maybe later beans on toast, then spag bol, then pulled pork.

Cacoethes 25-11-2017 04:20 PM

I haven't had a bacon sandwich in so long!
I love them!

Cpt_Stunning 25-11-2017 04:25 PM

I don't have bacon that often, you have to eat it all within 3 days of opening the packet, eggs last longer though. I have egg on toast for breakfast most mornings.

Sketchy 25-11-2017 04:26 PM

I don’t know what I’m going to have for dinner tonight. I’m tempted to have noodles, but I’ve had that a lot recently. I keep craving them.
