The week I work the weekend (1 in 4) is always long, because I have to do a 6 day week :(

Morning all. I have had 3 postcards today including one from the Ukraine. I am sitting here bored to death.

Being bored sucks.
Can you go out for something to do? Go and get a coffee?

I have the tesco man coming today so I can't go to the city centre for a coffee. There is no coffee shops within walking distance. Tesco was quite good today only 1 substitution and zero unavailable items. I got my free item which is also good.

I'm ok, I've been to Mass, going to see my spiritual director this afternoon. I try to do exercise and wash my hair on a Monday but I don't think I'll have time to do both, it's quite far to the convent.

Sorry you're bored insig. I think going for coffee sounds nice.

Cleaned out the piggos, had a shower, leaving for psych appointment in a bit and may see E later. TBC.

How is everyone? The weather is awful!

We've got sunshine! I'm good thanks, how are you Ahimsa?

Sunshine?! It's chucking it down here (obviously, because I'm not at work. It was lovely all weekend when I was working!)

I'm okay, my back is painful today and I've just had a meeting with my case worker which is emotionally draining.

How're you Tamo?

I'm annoyed with myself because I didn't make it out of bed on time to go to the walking group.

No rain here but it's very dull. Will probably end up raining at some point though as it usually does.

Will you be able to do some nice things with the rest of your day, Beth?

I fell back asleep so feeling less bored now. I am just doing random internetting until it's time for the tesco man. They usually come quite late in the hour to me.

Also no rain here atm. It's bright but not sunny.

I need to catch up on all my washing etc as it's back to work tomorrow, you only get 1 day off after working the weekend. I need uniform for tomorrow.

I quite like putting shopping away! Very rare that I can get a delivery but I used to find it quite satisfying that the fridge/freezer/cupboards were stocked up and I was good for groceries for a while!

I didn't really have much on my to do list today. Went to the chemist as usual, did a washing, and finished a book.

Evening everyone!

I am still in a load of pain and had a slow start to the day because of it. Had a middle of the day nap as well.
But have managed to do my online food shop, a mindfulness meditation and have a shower. Which is more than I have achieved in a while. And while I was in shower partner changed the bed clothes so have a lovely fresh bed as well!

Bed sounds like a good idea Tamo best not to push through and end up over tired.

Saw about your tyre Beckie what bad luck and at the same time good luck as you noticed it!

I am glad that L noticed it! Especially as I'm planning a long drive at the weekend to go and see my nanny! 2 hours on mainly motorways so I dread to think what could have happened if my tyre burst then!

I have put everything away now and ate my tea. Really glad that I got my fridge planner as it's made my life easier as I written down my meals for the week.

I am very much enjoying my fresh bedding after a shower.
All the praise for L then! Hope you enjoy the drive and visit to your nanny. Driving means so much freedom, glad you are getting to enjoy it after years of not being able to!

I'm very lucky that L has a decent knowledge about cars!
And also that I had a weird final destination, premonition anxiety dream about my tyres the night before, which is what prompted her to check my tyres in the first place!

I'm ok. A quiet day ahead. What are you up to?

My tyres are being done today, between 8am-8pm. They'll call when they're on their way, so I'll be in waiting mode until that happens! Really annoying! But worth it!

That's a big wait! I will have to squeeze in yesterday's episode.

I don't have anything to do today luckily. Will be annoying being stuck in the house all day though!

I am stuck indoors all day too Beckie. I have people coming to measure my windows and door in preparation for getting new ones. It could be anytime. Hence why I am up early.
