Next just text me telling me they tried to deliver my parcel today but couldn't. Hermes emailed me hours ago saying they couldn't deliver it today. Someone is lying here!

Well hermes accepted responsibility for the parcel not coming today (happened last time I ordered next day delivery from next) but next made it sound like they attempted delivery which they did not!

last time i watched eurovision it was at uni with the intrnational students, made it far more fun as we had almost ever country represented by botha student, a food, and a alcohol :laugh:

could be misscomminication/lack of communication between the 2 companies?

Ohhh yes, they often do that so it looks like the blame isn't on them!

So many times I've been at home and someone's said they tried to deliver but no one was home, which is a big fat lie because I can see the front door from where I sit.

I ordered some glasses (like for drinking) a few weeks ago. Hermes delivered them with the box all dented and the glasses cracked

Hermes aren't too bad for me. They used to deliver my medical stuff and it was always ok. And I'm a tricky place to deliver to so if they can find me they can't be that bad!

They usually aren't too bad for me when I'm at home. But here they can't seem to get it right!
People are always complaining about them on the local fb pages though!

I have had no problems with hermes and yodel. Ups are completely different though they keep on delivering to an address 5 miles away. The thing is the street address is completely different 5 miles away. Never had any problems with any other delivery company doing this. I avoid any ebay auctions who use ebay packlink because they use ups sometimes. The sellers don't care that it been misdelivered half the time.

I've never had an issue with UPS.
I think it really depends on how good your local driver is

Inside Out is a brilliant film! I went to see it in the cinema when it came out.

i'm not often in the mood for like animated type films, I tend to like things that force me to pay attention :laugh: but something easy to watch does sound appealing at the moment so I may give insideout a go tomorrow
