Nice work! I saw your post about the chocolate too. Congrats on resisting! I'm not so sure I could've done the same. Since knocking alcohol on the head, my body has been craving sugar like mad... and mainly in the form Reese's and Cadburys. :laugh:

Yeah, it's certainly gone downhill since it was bought out. All these weird hybrid chocolates coming out, when they should just streamline it and make it better. And bigger too! Is it just me or are the bars getting smaller by the week?

It's the Gala day here and I was hoping to avoid the procession but nope. I kind of had to watch it twice because I was stuck at first then walked to the chemist but it was shut to watch the procession so I had to wait till it was finished and they opened again. Was difficult because there were huge crowds everywhere and I needed to get to the post office before it shut. Glad to be home but I was a bit anxious about the time and feeling run down but I had to do all my housework before I sat down. All done! I did see those zorb ball things at the fun fair bit that were in a big paddling pool and little people were crawling inside them. They also had a cool bouncy castle that was all covered and was black inside. They never had cool stuff like that when I was a child.

Then got a lovely card from Beckie in the post. :-) Yesterday my brother mysteriously said I will be getting two deliveries today and to open the Amazon one last.

They used to have the zorb balls on water on the pier at my favourite seaside place. Now they have all sorts of kids rides which causes a bottleneck in places in the summer. Last time i went there i got overwhelmed due to the crowds.

Also if anyone is planning to go out whilst it's warm remember to take a drink with you. Some mh meds make your prone to dehydration and overheating. Also some mh meds make your skin sensitive to sunlight so slap on some suncream on if that's the case.

I just got the parcels from my brother. He sent me some dried flowers with a card saying 'some other colours to consider when all appears blue' and luckily the second parcel was a vase (shaped like a female face and on the gift note he wrote 'a clear head for bright thoughts.' So kind but I only asked him for a card! I'm not surprised he got me gifts instead, I don't think he would know what to write in a card.

Hello! I am home from roleplaying had a great time and we scared off the robot dragon that was terrifying and murdering people. And got enough XP to get to level 2!

Now I am going to have a nap in front of my fan as being out of the house for 6 hours is a lot for me. I even climbed the stairs to my friends bathroom twice and I live in ground floor flat stairs are not a daily occurrence for me!

I didn't manage to nap, brain declined to let me, but I did lie down resting for almost an hour. Think I am hungry as I am cold when it is very hot so have had a snack and will try and nap again after we have had dinner.

With FND my brain is often a troll. Like right now it has tightened the muscle along the outside of my big toe and it's locked in a weird position and a bit painful

Sometimes massaging it or stretching it helps, sometimes heat and if pain gets bad painkillers. Massage has got it to low level pain so avoiding meds for now.

I hope Beckie is ok and nothing serious has happened to her.

I have transferred all the songs I bought in the past year to my lost but now found ipod. Only 38 songs which isn't that bad.

How much empty space do you have on your iPod with which you are now reunited?

My old 5th gen iPod nano is full and I haven't updated it since around 2015. Nowadays zi have stuff downloaded on my phone or I stream through Amazon music. iPod is taken when I go away though as a good backup and to save battery on my phone if I am travelling.

Over 75gb I have left on 3 of my ipods. The other has 35gb but it's an ipod with less memory.

I use my ipods to fall asleep to. I found that if I used my phone it would randomly text people when I am asleep or I would wake up with back ache the next morning from lying on it all night.

That makes sense. I hadn't thought of doing that, I use my phone because I like to listen to a wide variety of things when I try to sleep (podcasts, Audiobooks, music) and I change it up a lot. But I do sometimes go to turn back on what I am listening to after a sleep timer or chose something new to listen to and end up on the internet
