I am currently unwell (mentally). I didn't sleep at all again last night, and will have no opportunity to get any sleep today. Not that it's that unusual for me as I am definitely an insomniac. My memory has more holes in it than a swiss cheese, or for that matter anything else that has holes in it. I'm also having severe difficulties telliing the difference between auditory hallucinations and things like people talking, and my mobile phone ringing, and therefore am deliberately ignoring things that are happening in real life. I wish I wasn't but I literally can't tell the difference and am terrified of listening to the wrong thing and getting myself into a situation that I can't get out of. Believe it or not I have to ask my pdoc or his receptionist to write out what medication I'm supposed to take when because I keep opening the cupboard and just getting confused by the large number of boxes of meds in there . . . could just be due to the memory issues, possibly also being "helped" by the fact that I'm on pain-killers 24/7 for this pain that I've had in my back for the last two weeks. I just feel so . . . blah.

{{{{{HUGS}}}}} for anyone who wants them and can accept them.

Can anyone spare any hugs for me ?? Please ??

Hi all. Thanks for the hugs.

I'm really feeling triggered for no real reason - maybe just the downer I'm on - and want to do something stupid. Really urgy. However, I'd like to make it to four weeks which would be next Tuesday at 4pm. I'm hoping that by writing it here I'll manage to keep myself from doing anything.

I've managed to make it through this much of the night, and even to get some sleep although I only made it because I had a knife in my hand. Thankfully I didn't use it. But what if I do? Then everything I've worked so hard for is gone.
