Yeah not too bad. I went for a walk in the park with a friend and almost died. It was so hot.

I'm at home and sweating like a pig. I can't open the windows very wide because Max keeps trying to jump out of them.

I hate opening my Windows because of bugs but I bad to give in today!
I'm actually quite cool now though. My house is always quite cool.

Maybe time to invest in a fan?

Yeah we have one but we found out it was broken last night when we tried to use it :(

Something is going on with the tesco app. The drinks disappeared from my favourites list (and they're something I always order so they haven't done it because I haven't ordered it for ages) & now they're randomly back again. Fortunately I remembered to add it so I have something to drink.

Yeah I would have been so annoyed if I had nothing to drink since I don't like plain water. I only have my tesco order once a fortnight so it's not a problem unless it becomes a regular thing.

I don't like plain water either.
I can just about cope with squash!
Water makes me feel sick.

There's this bird who keeps on singing outside which sounds like a ringing phone. Each time the bird sings I never know whether it's the phone or not lol.

I hope the bird soon shuts up. Haha.

I'm back from clubbercise. The instructor got us all ice pops for afterwards because it's been so hot today!
And I've had a nice cool shower. Heaven!!

My new nurse went off sick so I had someone completely different. Turns out that she used to work for the cmht I had 12 years ago when I was living with my parents. She asked how I was so we had a good catchup and seemed pleased that I was doing so well. Don't know who I will have next time but at least it wasn't the nurse I complained about.

Oh and I had a good time with my friend. Only saw her for a hour but was a good hour. She said that we must meet again in a few months time.

we watched it in 4DX so it was 3D and the seats moved like a rollercoaster and water and air was sprayed at you (a lot of water because ships)

I was too scared to leave my fan on all night because I didnt want it to overheat. I slept without a cover on and that seemed to help but I kept waking up too. My poor cat is so hot, but she doesn;t like to be infront of the fan for some reason so I don;t know how to help her cool down.

I'm going to another show recording with my mum later, we'll be in a queue for about 3 hours and theres no shade down there so I'm not looking forward to it!

I usually don't have my fan on all night but I just fell asleep while it was on.
Which is weird because I usually can't sleep with anything plugged in!

I'm sure your cat will be fine. She might find a nice cool spot somewhere.

We're going to see The Fake News Show. Being in the queue isn't going to be fun at all! Theres nothing to do and I can't go online on my phone because I have no credit so I'm basically going to be standing in the heat looking at the wall!!
