What are you doing on your last day at your mum's?

Morning. I have read but don't feel up to replying. Just in to say hello before I have to go to the gym group. My support worker wouldn't let me off. Just had to attempt to wash and dry my hair which I am terrible at (the drying part) so hoping the wet bits will dry themselves soon. I hope you all have a good day. Will be back later.

Also - where do you find all these facts, Jenna? I never saw anything sneaky and interesting when I was a mod.

Back from the doctors. Nurse had a medical student with her and then after reviewing me they both went and got GP. It was funny the med student was following them around like a duckling XD

We have a treatment plan, we are avoiding steroids for now and basically monitoring it in the short term and refer me to the hospital to check why it keeps happening in the long term. Plus have to get bloods and a chest x-ray and use my reliever more regularly and try omeprazole in case my acid reflux is triggering it.

Now around half an hour to chill until my OT calls about my FND.

Yes tamobhuuta I have my ID ready so if they ask for it it won't take forever to find it. It's uber important I get my alcohol as its a present for my dad. Only 2 substitutions this time in my order and no unavailable items. The substitutions are acceptable.

They are he was wearing duck socks, I complimented him on them and showed him that I too was wearing duck socks.

I am happy to have a proper plan in place rather than just more steroids.

OT went well, case of keep doing what I am doing, try and rest earlier not just when pain hits and review in a month to see if I am ready to adjust routine by setting alarm earlier and upping how far I walk in garden. I plan to try and add my gentle yoga back in now I am doing pretty well with getting outside and walking to and from garden chair.

Good old doctors. Haven't watched it in years but used to enjoy it, is Mrs Tembe still in it? What you reading?

Mrs Tembe is long gone! My book is called At Midnight, it's fairy tales retold. Some are ok, some I'm skipping over. I think they're aimed at teen girls really.

Hopefully she left non dramatically? She was one of my favourites when I watched.

Sometimes stuff aimed at teens is easier reading than stuff aimed at adults. And in my opinion can be just as good. The good thing about story collections is you can pick and choose and don't have to read it all.

I really am!
My first bus is at 7:48, gets me into B at 8:25, then bus home is at 8:55. So works out rather well! Just hope that all buses are on time!

I just spent ages cleaning my sandals for some strange reason they have honeycomb inner soles and there was aload if sand and nastyness stuck in between them.

You're allowed a purple car anyway Jen, since Jenna is paying she said it's ok. So you'd feel the sand etc on your feet? Or is it on the outside? Sounds like a tedious job!
