I have found that postcards take 4-10 days within Europe, 10-20 days to reach the rest of the world except for China and Russia which generally take at least an month.

You do have to fill out a customs form so I wouldn't make it too high an value otherwise zurg will have to pay a fee to get it. It's illegal to undervalue goods so don't go too mad and include sh*t tons.

I am ok thanks. Cpn phoned me before and the only appointments she had left tomorrow was 11.30 am and 9 am because she's stuck in clinic most of the day. I chose the later one so am going to have get up early tomorrow.

Lindsay, i swear i'm not ignoring your pm's, just feeling exceptionally crappy these days. Sorry. Don't have any issues with food allergies or anything btw!!!

My anti depressants have been increased. Hoping it Will make just a small difference. I'm making the doctor and nurse team, at the hospital, freak out because i refuse all the meds they are suggesting due to having had terrible side effects on all of them. There is legit crisis at their end. They even started to suggest an admission. Which i turned down too. Yes, i am difficult. Not on purpose. I just don't have the time or energy for things and meds that Will either not work or maybe even make it worse.

Just that I'm currently in A&E, on instruction of my gp and just been told there's a 7 hour wait to see the dr. Been triaged though! After an hour of literally no one being seen. It is very busy
