I had half a spinach and ricotta pizza (from fridge) but I don't think I cooked it for long enough. I ate it anyway. Had broccoli too just be be sort of healthy.

It was just a Tesco pizza, it does sound a bit posh but all their chilled pizzas in that range were reduced to £1.80 so not expensive!

It should be a law that no one has to be up at 6.30am. Well, except some people like the emergency services and people who actually like being up that early.

Is there ever much on TV on a Sunday? I think I'm going to watch that Cocaine thing that was on channel 5 a while ago. I got the dvd box set of Kingdom Hospital after Amazon reminded me of it when I added Nurse Jackie to my wish list. Another young Lindsay watched programme, I watched a bit of the first one tonight and it was dull.

Yeah, work are good. I explained when I called in and they were nice, but it's so stressful going back after being off. I wouldn't have been fit for anything on Friday though, so I guess it's better not to have gone. I do work hard and they seem to think I'm good at what I do, so hopefully it'll be OK.

I've showered and am in bed with wet hair. I'll look like a bog brush tomorrow but it's too late to get the hairdryer out. I need to stop having a mini panic attack and just got to sleep. I'll be rubbish anyway tomorrow as short of time travel I won't get 9 hpurs sleep.

Made an effort with my appearence today, for the first time time in months. Got a few compliments from people at church. Think they just meant "well done for not being gross today." :P

I had a slimming world ready meal, chinese style banquet rice. It was actually very tasty! Will be buying that again!
Although there's a random small omelette in it.
