My old one seems.to be working again now. Not sure what's going there!!

Most things I'm actually fine with for the most part unless there's anxiety around them. I don't get shower anxiety it's just a really awful activity in my mind! Tbf there's a lot of sensory stuff about it that gets to me but it's always so much worse in my head than actually doing it. I'm actually really proud of myself these last few weeks; I've been having 3 showers in every 7 days. I know that doesn't sound like much but I was showering something like once every 2 weeks so it's really good for me!

That's a shame with your charger. Mine never seem to last either. I don't know what I do to them.

I'm curled up in bed and going to watch some Netflix. Probably doctor who or something. I think I'll have an early night though. I need to start getting into better sleeping patterns.

Showers are so difficult for me. I used to just not care but I do feel so much better for it. I'd shower maybe if I was seeing my parents or something but I didn't care who saw me greasy. Now though it's like ugh I need to shower and change my clothes! I'd wear the same things for 2 weeks/until I showered and now it's different every day! Madness!

I am kinda worried. The council are doing brand new kitchen and bathroom for their tenants. I don't want either. I have had someone knock on my door wanting to discuss either. I explained that I don't want the works and I have signed a form so I am hoping that is the end of it instead of being forced to have it.

It was quite chilly yesterday!
I'm going out to homebase to get some plants for the garden

Oh we had that a few years ago. The also ripped out our nice front door and put in a pvc thing which is super ugly, they said it had to be easy for fire crews and stuff to kick in so they're changing everyone's doors. They also fitted double glazing which would have been nice if they would have done it properly, my window has a gap in it and I now have mould growing in my room :/ we didn't have a choice with any of it. My mum was really upset.

Hopefully that will be the end of it dawn.

I would find it too stressful if I was forced to do it which in turn would effect my mh. Also workmen never shut the door and my kitties would escape meaning that I never would see them again. I doubt that the council would pay cattery fees that's assuming that I could find a place in a cattery. Also when I moved in I paid for brand new flooring and I doubt that the council will compensate me when it's still in like new condition and therefore doesn't need replacing.

My neighbour has said that she will refuse the works too. She says that she is in her 80s and therefore hasn't got long left in this world so the council can do it when she shuffles off this mortal coil.

I really hope they listen to you not_so_insig. I think you're well within your right to refuse it. Especially if there's nothing wrong with what you have right now
Had the same problem with my cats, I just kept all 3 of them in whatever room they wasn't working in at the time.
