I can't just leave my hair to grow, it doesn't too well being very long. I normally ask for it to be as short as possible but so I can still tie it into a ponytail.

*waves* sorry everyone I posted and then got distracted by life admin. Am currently making myself a health passport for my FND to further help me communicate should I have to go into hospital. Building on letter OT wrote for me. And adapting a generic long term condition one OT found, then once I have made one for myself planning to make a template version that others with FND can use to pass on to local FND charity. It's been keeping me busy!

How I am is not great mentally but ok as long as I am doing things, hence the focusing on making the health passport. Trying not to over do it and trigger FND though it's all a very tricky balancing act. And at least computer work is better for asthma / Covid as involves no physical activity that could upset my lungs.

Have rescheduled my appointment for Wednesday next week. Should definitely be clear of COVID by then (only a very faint positive today) but that means waiting 9 days when I am already anxious about the results of that appointment.
