The best way I've made salmon (or any fish tbh) in the oven was wrapped in kitchen foil. It keeps the moisture in. I put the salmon on top of asparagus (although it can be any veg that doesn't take too long to cook in the oven), no need for oil or spray. Highly recommend.

I like pineapple on pizza. I remember years ago there was a whole thread/ongoing joke on here about it!

I always wrap it in tin foil too
And asparagus is nice!

Pineapple pizza is awesome and no one can convince me otherwise!

I use cajun or lemon and dill seasoning on salmon and then wrap it in foil in the oven.

Might put that on the list for next week. Really love salmon.

I slept terribly. Just getting out of bed now. My only plan for today is Mass this evening.

Probably fairly easily. Thankfully friend was very understanding. I'm now curled up under a heated throw on the sofa with a cat who is very pleased by the throw. Climbing the stairs after taking meds just wasnt an option. Andim convinced where bertie bit me will get infected. Even though it's fine.

Thorntons have their Christmas chocolates on sale and I bought some online which were delivered today. The delivery driver is the same one who always delivers Hermes stuff and he was telling me that Thorntons are his favourite chocolates and could we share. I totally would have but he left, so I've ordered some more to give to him when he brings them to me. :-)

Yup, pick the new leaves in the spring according to the website I was just looking at. And then there are different drying/heating methods for white, green or black tea.

My big sister's coming round soon, we're having posh soup - carrot and butternut squash.

It does seem complicated but I kinda want to give it a go! It says a handful of leaves and buds should be enough for a cup of tea. I'm not sure I even have that many! I'll check on Monday. >.>

They're not my favourite really, I'm honestly not that fussy with chocolate brands, heh. And aw, that's sweet of you but I shall continue to remain a secret for now. =)

I have a couple of butternut squashes sitting on my worktop that are not looking their best any more so I might have missed my chance to soup them... Carrot and butternut squash sounds nice though.

It will grow more but I think a slight prune would help to increase it's yield so I may have enough this spring!
