I had a chugger come to my door once. I asked her if she wanted money and she said no. Then when she finished her speech she asked me to sign up to a direct debit. So I called her out on it and slammed the door in her face.

a simple "**** off" works too :-p

God I hate when you ask if they want money & they say no, only to ask for money. :/

In those situations I just say 'I have severe social anxiety' and they tend to back off.

If someone rude tells me to turn down my music I reply 'but it drowns out the voices'
Will say that I have no issue turning my music down but some people can be proper dicks about it and that's what I do not like!
