I just finished reading The Kite Runner for my Eng class. It's long, but once you get into it it doesn't seem so. It's a story that begins in Kabul in the 1970's. Two of the characters flee to America in the early 1980's, when the war gains amplitude. In 2001, one goes back to Afghanistan to make peace with something terrible that happened before he left, something that has deeply troubled him since. It's pretty good.

I'm reading Marked by Kristen Cast and P.C Cast. I bought it yesterday and it's good!

Right now I'm reading The Alchemyst by Michael Scott (again). I love it, it's such a child's book but I really don't care. I'm waiting for the third one to come out (I think it's the Sorceress) in May. I also read the Charlie Bones series by Jenny Nimmo a lot, even though they are like in the child section of the book store. Children authors always seem to have better imaginations.
