I am just getting ready for my hospital appointment

It went ok. I am doing all the right things with regards to breathing exercises which was good to hear. Got some extra tips but mainly just keep doing what I am doing. She is going to chase the asthma team for me.

My day is all falafeled because I didn't get up and shower as soon as my alarm went off.

I'm ok. Just really tired!
But I've put a load of stuff on vinted and posted 2 parcels off, so it's kind of been a productive morning.
It's pouring with rain!

Today is laundry and hairwash day. My brother has got his washing in the machine but I'm going to turf it out because it's done and he's still in bed.

Unfortunately Lindsay I am going to my hearing voices group this afternoon so can't avoid going outside. I am undecided which coat to wear.

Make sure you wrap up warm then. My zip just broke on my favourite yellow jacket but I'm not getting it fixed because it's a rubbish jacket apart from being yellow.

I've put on washing, done mindfulness and had a hairwash. I'm back on track for lunch at 1.

It's hard to focus. Got too much going on in the old brain.

I had a nap and then woke up for lunch and had another nap! Been up a little while now this time without falling back asleep so hopefully it sticks. I struggled to get to sleep last night so getting up and about early was extra tiring.

Really struggling. Feel like I shouldn't have left hospital so soon. Just have to try and get on with things though.

Could you call cpn? That's what he's there for!

It feels a bit too late in the day. Also I don't yet feel confident enough to talk to him about things like this.

I got a bit damp. It's too windy for an umbrella so just put my hood up!

I've done my town things, cleaned piggos out and showered. So i can chill until work now.

I failed to wash my towels yesterday so I really should do that. Mass was good, quite busy, maybe it's a Friday thing. It's sunny here too now!
