I am waiting for my cpn. The road through the village is closed due to roadworks for the next 2 weeks so I am expecting her to be late as I am not sure how well she knows the area. I have 2 buses to catch so I am hoping that she's not too late.

Hi everyone. My blood test was fine. I need to get a shower and organise my meds.

I feel ok now. Paced around nervously for a bit afterwards though. And I've googled what he thinks it might be... and, although nothing serious, can be a pain to fix.

Yeah. I just don't want scans and physio and occupational health getting involved... or shoulder injections o.O It sounds like it's going to take a long time to fix... and I might not gain total movement back.

Thanks, Lindsay. I hope I can wind down, I'm not quite sure what to do with myself now to be honest. Just sitting here unnecessarily worrying about what-ifs and maybes. Need to go see the pumpkins so that will calm me down a bit, I think.

How's your day going?

If you can get started on something I think that would help, I know it's easy to sit around and worry and that it can be hard to decide what to do etc but getting started with something, anything (safe) might get you into the rhythm of things and out of your head. Going to see the pumpkins sounds like a good plan.

My day is feeling a bit weird but not really terrible at the moment so that's good. I've been to pick up some post and hoovered.

I can't do much until after 4:30-4:45 when everyone's left work. Don't want to go out there while people are still about. I have got an Amazon parcel I could open.

I got a couple more Zox bands, from eBay this time. One that has a semi colon on it and says 'continue' and one that says 'this too shall pass'.

Haha, yes! It's only new comfy insoles for my work boots so nothing exciting at all!

I went out the house!! Got some bits with the money dad gave me and collected my prescription. And spicy pumpkin soup from Covent Garden is back!!! Yay.

I mean, firstly super amazing work on getting out of the house and achieving all that.
