Well, The Miniatures (my two younger cats) are asleep on my feet, so I haven't been able to move for the past hour :p

I had an asthma attack last night. Got to stay home but did have to call paramedics for stronger meds. I am about to do battle with GP phones to check in and hopefully not get sent back to hospital.

I am waiting to see if my support worker shows up in half an hour. He texted a few days ago to ask if i have time today but my phone has sneakily told me that he has not read my reply, only recieved it. Men!!!! *eye roll*

Apart from probably seeing crisis at some point. Did all my unpacking yesterday and my neighbour cleaned the house before i got back

I spoke to my GP and he said while I am still ill things appear to be slightly better than Wednesday, so he doesn't think I need to be in hospital roght niw and i agreed with him. We are going to see how today goes and if I start feeling worse then to get back in touch with them or call 999 as appropriate.

Which means more fun hang out time with my brother! I have already had yummy coffee and my brother just got up.

Did your support worker turn up Zurg? I hate it when people don't confirm appointments!

Haven't actually seen him in ages but spoken to him. Known him for years.

I usually always leave hospital unpacking for days! Idk why because i unpack immediately with everything else. So was determined not to do that this time!

I was walking and the weather was making my eyes water so I was rubbing them and this old man said the usual 'cheer up it might never happen' thing which people should really not do any more. I said something under my breath when he passed which wasn't 'thank you that is really helpful.' !!!

I have just come back from the seaside. We went and had a late lunch in our favourite cafe on the seafront, me, my partner and my brother and then I sat in car watching the waves while my brother explored the beach a bit. Lungs are complaining a bit now partly because I did stuff but mainly because there was smoke in the air when we got out of the car to come back into the flat. I think I may have got them to calm down though.

Tired and ill but happy.

Yeah I do want to go and hope it will be fine when I get there. I don't have to stay for any particular amount of time, but it will probably be a late one. Waiting is definitely the worst part!

Thanks. I feel a bit more chilled now but there are added complications with the people that are going and a conversation about a certain thing is likely to come up that I don't really want to talk about.

I'm actually okay, I had a super lovely day, lunch and a proper proper chat with my friend with no 'needing to leave by x time' like we normally have and not just on the way to a show (we're both performers). And then I've been to a Yin yoga class tonight, my Chinese food is on its way, my candles are lit and I'm under a blanket.
